Fred Baker

  Fred oversees "Baker Farms" that has been in the family since 1899. Today he raises cattle, hogs, soybeans, corn and wheat. He is currently the President of the Hickman County Farm Bureau and has served on the Hickman County Soil Conservation District Board of Supervisors since 1982.
Daryl Fox
Vice Chair
  Daryl is a native of Hickman County and resides on the farm where he grew up on Possum Hollow Road, Fox Family Farms. In 2018 The Fox Family Farms was recognized as being a Century Farm.  He currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board and was elected in 2006 by the farmers of Hickman County. Daryl first served on the board from 1991-2000.
Danny Rochelle
  Danny is a fourth generation farmer in Hickman County. Royal Oaks Farms is a family farm operation recognized as a Century Farm by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. The operation grows corn, soybeans, wheat, and cattle along with the banks of the Duck River in the Easley Bend community of Hickman County. He is a life long supporter and participant in conservation practices. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin with a degree in Agriculture Business. Danny has served on the District Board of Supervisors from 1982 thru 2006. Danny was elected back on the board on 4/1/2010 after serving as President of Farm Bureau.


Carl Brooks Gardner

  Carl was born on his Great-grandfather Richard Anderson Smith's farm. Grandpa Smith was the nephew of Kettle Dick and Big Dick Anderson who were early settlers of Hickman County. Agriculture is his passion. As a farmer and a seedsman for his entire life he believes in being a good steward of the soil. Currently he is row cropping with his family and they reside on Leatherwood Creek one mile from his birthplace. Carl was elected to the District Board of Supervisors in April, 2015. 


Hershel Mayberry

  Hershel started serving as a Supervisor of the Conservation District board in April, 2015.
